    Oven Omelette


    Oven Omelette


    10 eggs, beaten
    2 shredded potatoes
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 diced onion
    1/2 diced bell pepper
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or 8 oz.
    1 pkg bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained of fat

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. This can be used for breakfast, or for dinner
