hamburger and stuffing casserole
1 {6 Oz.} Pkg. Stove Top Stuffing ( Make your own )
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 {10 Oz.} Can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup ( make my own )
1/2 Soup Can Milk
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
Prepare Stuffing Mix According To Pkg. Directions. { I Always Use Broth In Place Of The Water, For Added Flavor} Set Aside
Brown Ground Beef And Onion; Drain. Turn Mixture Into A 9x9x2 Inch Baking Dish. Sprinkle Stuffing Mix On Top Of The Meat Mixture
Combine The Soup With 1/2 Can Milk And Pour Over The Dressing.
Bake In A 350 Degree Oven For About 25-30 Minutes.
Remove From The Oven And Sprinkle 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese On Top Of Casserole And Bake An Additional 5 Minutes, Or Until Cheese Is Melted.
